Privacy Policy — AI Christmas Pics

Introduction

AI Christmas Pics ("we", "the Service", available at aichristmaspics.com) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how your uploaded photos and the Christmas photos and videos made from them are handled when you use our AI Christmas photo tool.

Information We Collect

1. Account Information — Your email address and name when you create an account.
2. Uploaded Photos — The photos of people or pets you upload to make a Christmas photo, and the preset template and options you choose. Uploaded photos may include images of children, which may only be supplied by the child's parent or legal guardian.
3. Generated Content — The Christmas photos and videos created from your uploads.
4. Usage Data — How you interact with the Service, including features used and the generation history tied to your account.
5. Device Information — Device type, operating system, and browser type, used to optimize compatibility.
6. Cookies and Analytics — Small data files used for sign-in sessions and preferences, and analytics tools that help us understand how the Service is used and how our marketing performs. Cookies needed for sign-in are always on; where we show cookie settings, you can accept or reject the non-essential ones.
7. Payment Information — Payments are processed by Stripe or by our merchant of record, Waffo Pancake, depending on the option you choose at checkout. We never see or store your full card number; we keep order records: amount, date, payment status, and the email used for the purchase, together with a record of the credits added to and used from your account.

How Your Uploaded Photos Are Handled

• Photos are uploaded over HTTPS and stored in our own Cloudflare R2 storage.
• We send your photos to third-party AI providers solely to generate the result you asked for.
• To create a Christmas photo, your uploaded photo (for a "together" template, your photo of a person and your photo of a pet) and the template you chose are sent to our AI generation provider, SeeAPI (operated by GROWCRAFT PTE. LTD., Singapore), which runs the image model and returns the result. To create a video, the finished Christmas photo and your chosen options are sent to SeeAPI, which runs the video model and returns the video with its AI-generated sound.
• Generated photos and videos are stored in our Cloudflare R2 storage and shown in your account.
• We never use your uploads or results to train AI models.
• Uploaded photos and generated photos and videos are kept in our storage for 30 days and then deleted automatically. Please download anything you want to keep.
• Result links are unguessable; only someone holding the link can view a result.
• Your generation history is visible only to your account.

Our AI Generation Provider

SeeAPI describes how it handles the content it receives in its Data Handling & Privacy guide. According to that guide:

• SeeAPI does not use API inputs or outputs to train AI models; it processes the content it receives to fulfill requests and return results.
• Input files, generated output files, task information, and moderation results stored by SeeAPI have no scheduled automatic expiry. API request records and logs are kept for 60 days.
• SeeAPI works with service providers, including those supporting the AI model used, to process requests. Its guide describes SeeAPI's own practices; those providers' own terms apply to the data they handle.
• Deletion of files or request records held by SeeAPI can be requested through SeeAPI's support team. If you would like your files removed from SeeAPI, contact us and we will submit that request on your behalf.

Because SeeAPI is operated from Singapore and works with its own service providers, your uploaded photos and your generated photos and videos may be processed outside your country of residence.

How We Use Your Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including generating your Christmas photos and videos.
• Process transactions and deliver credits.
• Send technical notices, security alerts, and support messages.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud and abuse. When we investigate a report of misuse, we may review the related uploads, results, and generation records.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in these limited cases:

• With infrastructure providers who help us operate the Service (cloud hosting and storage, AI generation through SeeAPI, payment processing, analytics), each bound to their own confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
• To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
• To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users.

Data Security and Retention

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit and access controls. Uploaded photos and generated photos and videos are stored on our own Cloudflare R2 storage and deleted automatically after 30 days. Copies held by SeeAPI are kept as described in the "Our AI Generation Provider" section above. Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted on request.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the higher minimum age that applies where they live). They may not hold accounts, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from them.

Photos uploaded to the Service may include images of children. A photo showing a minor may only be uploaded by that child's parent or legal guardian, as set out in our Acceptable Use Policy. Like every upload, these photos are sent to third-party AI providers solely to generate the result and are kept as described above.

If you believe a child's information or photo has been provided to us without a parent's or guardian's consent, contact us and we will delete it from our storage and ask SeeAPI to delete its copies.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, export, or delete your personal information. You can manage your data through your account settings or by contacting us at the email address below.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, through the Service.
