Before You Buy

Every photo and every video is paid for with credits, so you need a signed-in account and a credit pack before you can generate anything; there is no free trial. A photo costs only 5 credits, so you can make one first and see how your upload turns out before spending more credits on a video.

Credit Packs

• Credits are sold as one-time packs, not subscriptions: 100 credits for $9.90, 300 credits for $24.90, and 800 credits for $59.90. You are charged once, at the time of purchase, and nothing renews automatically.
• Credits are added to your account right after payment and expire 365 days after purchase.
• A photo costs 5 credits and a video costs 8 credits per second (40 credits for 5 seconds, 80 credits for 10 seconds); see the pricing page.

When Credits Come Back Automatically

If a paid photo or video generation fails, the credits for that task are returned to your account automatically. You don't need to contact us.

Refunds

• Credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. Nothing in this policy limits the statutory rights you have as a consumer in your country.
• If you were charged twice for the same order, or believe a charge is wrong, email us with your order details and we will look into it and correct any billing error.
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through the company that processed your payment: Stripe, or our merchant of record Waffo Pancake. Depending on your bank, they usually appear within 5–10 business days.
• When a purchase is refunded, the credits from that purchase are removed from your account.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we can usually resolve billing problems faster. If a payment is charged back, we may remove the credits from that purchase.
